The Platform Participant designates

The Platform Participant designates a Company Administrator who is deemed to be authorized to represent the Platform Participant vis-à-vis the Platform Operator and the Group Companies. In the course of registration, the Platform Participant enters this person in the User Management System (UMS). Any change in the identity of the Company Administrator must be immediately entered in the UMS under a new User ID by the Platform Participant. Until the UMS entry is changed, the last Company Administrator designated by the Platform Participant to the Platform Operator is considered to be authorized.
