نوجهكم الي الالتزام بإستلام سندات القبض عن التحصيلات النقدية التي تتم عن طريق السائقين والتي يتم تحصيلها عن طريق منسق حركة المبيعات والتي يودعها بدوره لدي الصندوق علي ان يتسلم كل مندوب سندات القبض الخاصه به في اليوم التالي مباشرةً من تحرير سند القبض وفي حالة فقدان مبالغ او سندات قبض بسبب تأخركم عن تحصيل السند من منسق الحركة فإن المندوب يتحمل المسؤلية كاملة عن مبلغ التحصيل او فقدان سند القبض حسب الحالة .
وبالنسبة لمندوبي مبيعات البوليستايرين المقيمين في مناطق بعيدة عن المصنع عليهم مطالبة منسق الحركة بإرسال صورة من سند القبض وذلك عبر الإيميل او اي وسيلة اتصال آخر توضح الصورة .
