A parent shall not appoint a short-

A parent shall not appoint a short-term guardian for a minor child if the minor child has another parent:
(a) Whose parental rights have not been terminated;
(b) Whose whereabouts are known; and
(c) Who is willing and able to make and carry out daily child care decisions concerning the minor, unless the other parent of the minor child provides written consent to the appointment.

一位家長不得委任短期監護人的未成年子女，如果未成年子女有另一位家長 ︰（a） 其父母權利不已經終止時;（b） 其下落已知;和（c） 誰是願意和能夠做出並執行每日兒童保健決定關於未成年人，除非另一方的未成年子女提供書面的同意任命。

家長不得委任短期監護人對未成年子女，如果未成年子女有另一個父：
（一）誰的父母權利尚未終止的;
（二）下落已知的; 和
（C）誰願意並能夠制定並執行有關未成年人日常育兒的決定，除非未成年子女的父母另一方提供書面同意任命。
