I have been informed by my staff that another supplier has exchanged their full cylinders, when delivering, with empty cylinders from Linde, without any notice to any of Geoclima’s staff or any approval to do so.
And this has happened probably when the missing cylinders were first delivered by Linde, which means August last year. And without any tracking system from Linde, it would have been impossible to notice for us if not by lucky chance.
We are now fighting with the supplier to get the Linde cylinders back, but I am not sure about the timing we will require for this as the supplier does not recognize their fault and will not return all the empty cylinders in one go.
I am however confident that we will be able to return all the cylinders eventually, and recognize that they have gone missing at our factory. In fact we have proven this by paying the rental invoices due to you.
