1 Scope of application
1.1 This standard applies to wheat flour for direct use as food, made from common wheat. L. common wheat, or club wheat, Triticum compactum Host., Or mixtures thereof, are prepackaged for sale to consumers or used in other foods.
1.2 This standard does not apply to :
- any products made from hard wheat, Triticum durum Desf., separately or in combination with other kinds of wheat seeds;
- coarse grinding flour, whole grain flour or coarse grinding of the core plate wheat, wheat flour conventional grinding common wheat L., or club wheat Tricicum compactum Host., or mixtures thereof;
- wheat flour used in brewing or used for starch production and / or production gluten production;
- wheat for industrial use is not food;
