สัญญาแนบท้าย 1เรื่อง แจ้งปรับเปลี่ยนเงื่อนไขค่าจ้าง/เงินเดือน และรายได้อื่น ๆส่วนที่ 3 หน้าที่ของผู้ว่าจ้าง15. ผู้ว่าจ้างจะต้องชำระค่าบริการให้แก่ผู้รับจ้างตลอดอายุสัญญา สำหรับค่าบริการพนักงานขับรถ ดังนี้. 15.1 เงินเดือน 13,500 บาท / เดือน. (ทำงานตามปฏิทินวันทำงานของผู้ว่าจ้าง เวลา 08.30 - 17.30 น.) 15.2 ค่าล่วงเวลาในวันทำงาน 84 บาท / ชั่วโมง. (ก่อนเวลา 08.30 และหลังเวลา 17.30 น.) 15.3 ค่าทำงานในวันหยุด 56 บาท / ชั่วโมง. (ตั้งแต่เวลา 08.30 - 17.30 น.)* กรณีทำงานไม่เต็มวัน (8 ชั่วโมง) ให้คิดชั่วโมงทำงานโดยหักเวลาพักออก และให้คิดชั่วโมงทำงานขั้นต่ำที่ 5 ชั่วโมง. 15.4 ค่าล่วงเวลาในวันหยุด 168 บาท / ชั่วโมง. (ก่อนเวลา 08.30 และหลังเวลา 17.30 น.) 15.5 ค่าพาหนะ (แท็กซี่) เป็นเงิน 150 บาท / เที่ยว. (ก่อนเวลา 06.01 น. และตั้งแต่เวลา 21.30 น.) 15.6 ค่าที่พักต่างจังหวัดคืนละ 500 บาท / คืน. (ยกเว้น กรณีที่ผู้ว่าจ้างจัดหาหรือจ่ายค่าที่พักให้) 15.7 ค่าขับรถทางไกล 100 บาท / วัน. Article 15 the employer shall pay the service fee to the contractor after the expiration of the contract. Gambling costs are as follows.
