For your existing access that is not correct i.e. you can’t release message, I will check with the Group how can they help us on this.
To once again re-iterate on the steps associated with emergency re-profiling;
1. Impacted user(s) will need to raise the appropriate RMS in the ITSC One Stop Shop Portal.
2. Obtain respective line-manager’s approval in the ITSC One Stop Shop Portal, in whose absence, the email approval from the Regional SSO Head and / or Country CIO would be deemed as sufficient to instate a back-end bypass by the HUSA Team(s).
3. Obtain Thilak Piyadigama’s (Group T&O Controls) approval in the ITSC One Stop Shop Portal. In the event of he is not able to access the ITSC One Stop Shop, an email approval from him would be deemed as sufficient to instate a back-end bypass by the HUSA Team(s).
4. Profiles will be prioritized and re-instated by the respective HUSA Implementation Teams in under an hour to minimize the chance of any business impact.
