นโยบายการให้ความสำคัญของสวัสดิภาพและความปลอดภัยของพนักงาน ของ honda ได้กล่าวไว้คือ
“ อยากให้ทุกองค์กรมองว่าความปลอดภัยและสวัสดิภาพของพนักงานเป็นเรื่องสำคัญ เพราะบุคลากรคือทรัพยากรที่มีค่าที่สุด จุดเริ่มต้นในการสร้างวัฒนธรรมความปลอดภัยในองค์กรจึงควรเริ่มจากนโยบายและความเอาจริงเอาจังของผู้บริหาร ที่ไทยฮอนด้า เราถือว่าพนักงานทุกคนคือสมาชิกในครอบครัวของเรา การให้ความสำคัญเรื่องความปลอดภัย ถือเป็นการดูแลพนักงานและครอบครัว ซึ่งจะสะท้อนสู่ภายนอกว่า องค์กรของเราคือองค์กรที่มีความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมอย่างแท้จริง

ซึ่งแนวทางนี้ ถ้าฉันได้มีการก่อตั้ง หรือ สร้างบริษัทขึ้นมาฉันก็จะนำแนวทางนี้ไปใช้ในอนาคตต่อไปเช่นกันเพราะสวัสดิภาพของพนักงานมีความสำคัญมากในการสร้างธรุกิจ เพราะบุคลากรเหล่านี้คือทรัพยากรที่มีค่าที่สุด ที่จะขับเคลื่อนให้บริษัทประสบความสำเร็จต่อไปในอนาคต และแนวทางนี้ซึ่งถือเป็นความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมอย่างหนึ่งของผู้ประกอบการในปัจจุบัน
