Dear fellow Palm Hills Plot OwnerWater situation.I will be sitting in the Golf Club House at 10.00 am -11.30 am on December 26th, the day after Christmas complete with the final letter and list so all those who notified me can come along to sign the letter, which will go to both the Developer and the Land Office. For your information, the PHRA lawyer has made a further point. Namely that Palm Hills Developer takes a monthly fee from your money to manage the Resort, and the manager provided by the Developer cannot simply say, “water is nothing to do with us; you will have to contact Pranburi yourself”. You could decide not to pay your Common Area Fee if you receive no management help.As I explained before, the fact that the 2017 Agreement between the Developer and Plot Owners was included in the Land Office deal to 8 and 4 baht and that our Agreement is not being adhered to by the Developer would almost certainly provide a defense for non-payment of CAF as well.I urge you, though, to consult your own lawyer if you wish to withhold CAF.Meanwhile, despite all this mess over water at Palm Hills, I sincerely hope you have a happy and enjoyable Christmas.Best wishesChris WoollamsChairman PHRA
