- For Narai hotel Khun Tanakorn informed that generic training had already prepared according to 2015 Budget. Previously for some training class we had invited team from CS and Lub d to attend the class ie; J/P Languages, Strategy meeting and outing etc. however as a Group we need to consider group training need. (General and individual)
- Khun Winn mentioned for Hospitality industry some of standard training that staffs from all properties must be trained and should be provided for all ie; Standard service, Safety and Hygiene etc. And each properties can send training wish list to center in order to consider and provide a class.
- Khun Nathee suggested to review generic training in quarterly basis in order to follow up and keep up if any training subject need to be arranged according to certain request and situation. Each property should send training need to Center.
- All training requirement should be sent to GHR as contact point person and GHR will collaborate Training department in term of HRD.
