Hệ số Cronbach của thang đo khái niệm sự hài lòng của khách hàng đều đạt yêu cầu 0,7827 (>0,6) . Hơn nữa, các hệ số tương quan biến tổng (Corrected Item - Total Correlation) của các biến đo lường khái niệm này cũng đạt tiêu chuẩn cho phép là lớn hơn 0,30. Bên cạnh đó, các hệ số Alpha khi loại biến (Alpha if Item Deleted) của các biến đều nhỏ hơn hệ số Cronbach Alpha . Vì vậy, các biến này đều được sử dụng trong phân tích nhân tố EFA tiếp theo.
