Operationally, the research hypotheses (H1-H6) were tested in three subsequent stages: first, we verified the hypotheses relating to the existence of a positive relation between market value and book value (H1) and between market value and earnings (H2). We then verified research hypotheses H3-H5 connected to the verification of a positive direct relationships between IC and firm market value. Finally, in the third step, we verified the existence of an indirect effect of human capital on firm market value. In detail, for the main effects, we tested the efficiency in the use of physical capital (H3), in the use of human capital (H4), in the use of structural capital (H5), on the one hand, and the firm’s market value on the other. As regards indirect effect, we
verified the existence of a relationship between the human capital interacted with structural capital and the firm's market value (H6).

Results (Indonesian) 2:

Secara operasional, hipotesis penelitian (H1-H6) diuji dalam tiga tahap berikutnya: pertama, kami diverifikasi hipotesis yang berkaitan dengan keberadaan hubungan positif antara nilai pasar dan nilai buku (H1) dan antara nilai dan laba pasar (H2). Kami kemudian diverifikasi penelitian hipotesis H3-H5 terhubung ke verifikasi dari hubungan positif langsung antara IC dan nilai pasar perusahaan. Akhirnya, pada langkah ketiga, kami diverifikasi keberadaan efek tidak langsung dari modal manusia nilai pasar perusahaan. Secara rinci, untuk efek utama, kami menguji efisiensi dalam penggunaan modal fisik (H3), dalam penggunaan modal manusia (H4), dalam penggunaan modal struktural (H5), di satu sisi, dan firma ini nilai pasar di sisi lain.
