Phương pháp dựa trên đo hấp thụ nguyên tử asen được sinh ra do phân huỷ nhiệt asen (III) hydrua.
Trong điều kiện của phương pháp này chỉ có As (III) được chuyển định lượng thành hydrua. Để tránh sai số khi xác định, mọi trạng thái oxy hóa khác cần chuyển về As (III) trước khi xác định. As (III) được khử thành khí asen hidrua AsH3 bằng natri tetrahydroborat trong môi trường axit clohydric.
Độ hấp thụ được đo ở bước sóng 193,7 nm.

Results (English) 1:

The method is based on the measuring the absorption of arsenic atoms are born by the thermal decomposition of arsenic (III) hydride.In terms of this approach only As (III) quantify the hydride. To avoid errors in determining oxidation state, everyone else should move on As (III) before identified. As (III) the reduction of arsenic hydride gases with sodium tetrahydroborat AsH3 in hydrochloric acid environment.Absorbance is measured at a wavelength of 193.7 nm.

Results (English) 2:

The method is based on atomic absorption measured arsenic is generated by thermal decomposition of arsenic (III) hydride.
In terms of this approach only As (III) is converted into hydride quantified. To avoid errors when determining, any other oxidation states need to move on As (III) prior to the determination. As (III) is reduced to arsenic gas with sodium hydride tetrahydroborat AsH3 in hydrochloric acid environment.
The absorbance was measured at 193.7 nm wavelength.
