5.1. บริษัทฯ อนุญาตให้พนักงานทุกคน ลาเพื่อการฝึกอบรม หรือพัฒนาความรู้ความสามารถในกรณีดังต่อไปนี้
5.1.1. เพื่อประโยชน์ต่อการแรงงานและสวัสดิการสังคม รวมทั้งการฝึกอบรมหรือพัฒนาเกี่ยวกับทักษะ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน โดยจะต้องมีโครงการหรือหลักสูตรและช่วงเวลาจัดที่แน่นอน
