Sean just spoke to me around 15-20 minutes, expressing serious concern over the kids classes. He explained that he dreads them, and is worried about delivering poor classes which could drive away customers. This is an issue that needs resolving ASAP. I made it 100% clear that there is no way he'll be able to completely avoid kids classes, though we always schedule classes to provide the best lesson possible for both student and teacher. I also told him that we'd give him the support and tools he needs to better handle them. Does anyone have any suggestions or advice? I honestly get the feeling that he could walk, but not in a "meet my demands or else way", but in a sorrowful way.
