ان ابرز مظاهر هذه الحالة الفكرية ، تجلت لي في كتاب مطبوع باللغة الفرنسية سنة ١٨٦٠م في مبدأ القوميات، كان المؤلف (مكسيم دولوش ) من أشد المتحمسين للمبدأ المذكور : انه كان في رومانيا عندما اندفع أهالي الامارتين -فلاخيا وملدافيا-يطالبون (الاتحاد) ويعملون في سبيل الاتحاد على الرغم من مخالفة الدول الاوروبية المعظمة ل1لك وشاهد بعيونه مظاهر ذلك التيار القومي الشديد .
