Мені відмовили в проханні збільшити

Мені відмовили в проханні збільшити права доступу для СШ. Так як я звертався до них зі свого емайл адреса.
Тому мені потрібно щоб сам кліент звенувся до них, надав для нам досту до акаунту, щоб ми могли від його іменні задати новий запит.
