Les réseaux d'accès aux TIC dans les zones rurales ont été développés. Une convention de partenariat des centres VOHIKALA Miary et Soamahamanina a été faite. Pour les Collectes de contenus, des partenariats avec le MINAGRI, le MINENVF, le Ministère de L’Elevage et le BNGRC ont été relancés. Un protocole de collaboration est en cours avec le Ministère de la Santé Publique.
