in Anbetracht der angespannten Auftragslage bei Primetals und dem Ziel Kosten zu Reduzieren würde ich dir gerne einen Vorschlag unterbreiten welcher aus meiner Sicht der Firma einen Abwicklungstechnischen und wirtschaftlichen Vorteil bringt.
Es geht hier um einen Rahmenvertrag über 1 Jahr für Fertigungsüberwachung in China und Europa mit folgendem Inhalt:

Der Vertrag läuft über 1 Jahr mit einer garantierten Einsatzzeit für den Auftragnehmer von 6 Monaten je Supervisor. Dass heisst Primetals kann den jeweiligen SV individuell nach Bedarf gruppenweit Einplanen, z.B. als Projektverantwortlicher, Urlaubsvertretung oder Unterstützung bei Fertigungsspitzen.
Die Einsatzdauer ist hierbei Irrelevant, sie muss lediglich in Summe min. 6 Monate im laufendem Vertragsjahr ergeben. Selbstverständlich sind auch theoretisch 12 Monate Einsatzdauer möglich wenn Bedarf besteht - die Abrechnung / Einsatzdauer erfolgt auf Kalendertagbasis.

Der Vorteil für das Unternehmen liegt in der flexiblen Planung der Rescourcen – brauchst du z.B. kontinuierlich einen SV von Januar bis Ende Juni kannst du ihn nach Ablauf des Projektes „nach Hause“ schicken und der Rahmenvertrag wäre bereits erfüllt.
Solltest du ihn z.B. aber im November nochmal für 2 Wochen brauchen steht er exklusiv sofort für dich zur Verfügung (Abrufzeit 5 Tage im voraus), bis zum Ablaufdatum des Rahmenvertrages. Ein weiterer Vorteil liegt darin das du für 12 Monate Kapazitäten an dich bindest aber diese nur 6 Monate Einsetzten musst wenn die Auftragslage nicht mehr hergibt. Theoretisch ist auch ein Einsatz von 12 Monaten zu je 2 Wochen möglich, das liegt ganz an dir.

Für China

SV € 600,- inklusive Spesen, plus Übernachtungspauschale in Hoehe von € 50,- , zuzüglich Fahrt- bzw. Reisekosten für An-und Abreise innerhalb China, zuzüglich anfallende Kosten betreffend Visa (Beschaffung, turnusmässige Ausreise etc.)
