In our previous studies, various electrochemical biosensing systems based on PyOx have been designed for glucose and some other sugars [30,33,34]. Also, an inhibition based PyOx-biosensing system was developed for glutathione (GSH) and ethanol (EtOH) as
PyOx inhibitors [35]. In this work, design and characterization of a bienzymatic
system based on AG/PyOx/CHIT were carried out and proposed system was applied for maltose detection in beer samples
