السلام عليكم ،،،

لوحظ في الفترة الأخيرة أن هناك خلل كبير وتقصير غير مقبول من طرف موظفي الوحدة اللوجستية في ضبط حركة استلام وتسليم دفاتر وفواتير ومستندات الثروة الحيوانية مما يترتب عليه ضياع حقوق ماليةللمركز لعدم ادخال الفواتير في حسابات العملاء واثبات مديونيتهم لذا أرجو من الجميع اعطاء هذه الموضوع أهمية كبيرة والمتابعة الحثيثة والتحقق من أن حركة هذه المستندات تسير بطريقة سليمة وتتم أول بأول دون أدنى تأخير .
• تسند مسئولية هذا العمل للأخ أحمد صالح قاسم .
• يتابع الأخ ايهاب طه هذا العمل في الفترة المسائية.
• يتابع الأخ منيف خالد هذا العمل في الفترة الليلة.
• يتابع الأخ عيسى الميسري دفاتر وفواتير ومستندات العين.
ضوابط العمل :
• ترسل الفواتير والمستندات الأخرى يوميا الى قسم المبيعات في المكتب الرئيسي باستخدام النموذج المخصص لذلك.
• ترسل فواتير ومستندات مركز العين يوميا الى مركز بني ياس ومن ثم الى المكتب الرئيسي باستخدام النموذج المخصص لذلك.
• ترسل الدفاتر التي تم استخدامها كاملة الى قسم المبيعات في المكتب الرئيسي أول بأول باستخدام النموذج المخصص لذلك.
• تراجع حركة المستندات أسبوعيا والتحقق من عدم وجود اي متأخرات.
• تراجع حركة المستندات شهريا والتحقق من أنه تم ارسال كل المستندات الخاصة بالشهر الى الى قسم المبيعات ويرفع تقرير شهري بذلك الى الأخ مالك الشهيمي.
• يشرف الأخ طه سماره على ماسبق للتحقق من أن الأمور تسير في طريقها الصحيح.

ولكي نحافظ على بقاء قسم توزيع الانتاج والوحدة اللوجستية في المقدمة ولها أداء متميز يجب على الجميع الحرص الشديد على أداء عمله بجد ودقة وتعاون للخروج بأفضل النتائج.
