(b) Số tiền chênh lệch của các đợt thanh toán do điều chỉnh Giá bán Căn hộ do chênh lệch về Diện tích Thông thuỷ Thực tế so với Diện tích Thông thuỷ Tạm tính theo quy định tại Điều 2.1(c) sẽ được các Bên thanh toán cho nhau như sau:

(i) Nếu điều chỉnh tăng theo số đo đạc thực tế của Bên Bán sau khi hoàn thành xây dựng: Bên Mua phải thanh toán cho Bên Bán cùng Đợt bàn giao;
(ii) Nếu điều chỉnh giảm: Bên Bán sẽ trừ vào Đợt bàn giao hoặc nếu số tiền điều chỉnh giảm vượt quá số tiền của đợt thanh toán đó, Bên Bán sẽ hoàn trả cho Bên Mua trong 10 ngày sau Ngày Bàn giao Căn hộ;
(iii) Để tránh hiểu lầm, nếu Diện tích Thông thuỷ Thực tế do các Bên đo đạc vào Ngày Bàn giao Căn hộ khác với diện tích do Bên Bán đo đạc để thông báo số tiền phải thanh toán của Đợt bàn giao trước Ngày Bàn giao, các điều chỉnh tăng hoặc giảm nếu có sẽ được các Bên thanh toán cho nhau trong vòng 10 ngày sau Ngày Bàn giao Căn hộ.
