Em rất may mắn khi được làm công việc đúng chuyên ngành mà em yêu thích, nhưng vì còn thiếu hụt nhiều kiến thức chuyên môn và kỹ năng làm việc nên em gặp rất nhiều khó khăn và không được đánh giá cao bởi cấp trên. Đặc biệt công việc chính của em là phát triển sản phẩm, quản lý chiến dịch truyền thông và quảng cáo. Nhưng em không có những kiến thức marketing, quảng cáo, tìm hiểu tâm lý khách hàng để đưa ra những chiến lược hiệu quả. Cũng như các doanh nghiệp hiện nay luôn muốn tìm kiếm những cơ hội để phát triển hệ thống của mình ra thế giới vì thế Marketing là một trong những yếu tố rất quan trọng để vận hành được một tổ chức có lợi nhuận. Sau một năm làm việc, em mong muốn được đi du học nước ngoài để mở mang thêm kiến thức về kinh doanh và Marketing để em thích nghi tốt hơn trong một xã hội ngày càng phát triển. Sau này quay về Việt Nam, em có đủ năng lực và phẩm chất cạnh tranh và tìm kiểm một cơ hội việc làm với nhiều tiềm năng phát triển tương lai

I'm very lucky to be doing the job properly discipline children love, but also because of lack of professional knowledge and skills to work so I met many difficulties and was not appreciated by the upper level. The main job of the particular children's product development, campaign management, media and advertising. But I do not have the knowledge in marketing, advertising, customer psychology learn to devise effective strategies. As well as current businesses always want to seek opportunities to develop his system out to the world so that Marketing is one of the very important elements to operate is a profitable organization. After a year of work, I'm looking forward to going abroad to expand more knowledge about business and Marketing to children adapt better in a growing society. Later returned to Vietnam, they have sufficient capacity and quality competition and search for a job opportunity with much potential future development

After a year of work, I wish to go to study abroad to further their business knowledge and marketing to children better adapt in a growing society.
