Dear Ms Chureeporn Manaboot,
This letter is to record our communication and discussion in the meeting on 27 October 2014 in regard to your unsatisfactory job performance.
Over the past one year, the Company has been concerned about the lack of competency in your job performance as an Assistant Manager at Canal Village. Your below average performance in executing and following through of your duties, delay and lack of action in solving problems and issues with lengthy results, regularly have to be reminded of your responsibilities, are clearly not in keeping with what is expected of your role and duties.
These actions being told to you have resulted and demonstrated in your poor work performance. After repeated numerous verbal warnings and reminders that were given to you to improve, your performance is still lack lustre.
In our meeting to discuss your performance and improvement, you need to make the following corrections in order to bring your performance to a satisfactory and acceptable level:
1. Be more pro-active in problem solving in your area of responsibilities.
2. Modify your approach and methods of work, as well as your mindset, in accordance with the
Organization's goals by following instructions given by your superiors.
3. Improve your work efficiency and competency.
4. Demonstrate more self initiative without being repeatedly told what to do in your duties.
During the next 3 months, you must bring your performance to a more satisfactory level. If you do not make the necessary job performance corrections, we will consider further disciplinary actions.
