- انشاء وادارة مراكز التدريب لاعداد الباحثين ومراكز النقل تكنولوجيا المعلومات.
- انشاء ادارة ومراكز الاستشارات والدراسات المتخصصه فى مجالات المعلومات والاتصالات وتطويرها.
- بيع انظمه وبرامج الحاسب الالى.
مع الالتزام بافراد حسابات مستقله ومركز مالى مستقل لكل نشاط على حده
مع مراعاه احكام القوانين واللوائح والقرارات الساريه وعلى المنشاة الحصول على كافه التراخيص اللازمه لمباشرة نشاطها
