Đối với nhu cầu theo kế hoạch, chuyên viên phụ trách nhân sự của Phòng Hành chính Nhân sự có trách nhiệm xem xét, cân đối nhu cầu nhân sự hàng năm của các phòng ban và của toàn công ty.
Nếu thấy hợp lý, làm tổng hợp nhu cầu nhân sự chung cho toàn công ty theo biểu mẫu BM/HC-01-02. Nếu thấy chưa hợp lý, phối hợp với các phòng ban chức năng để xác định lại nhu cầu.
Trường hợp là nhu cầu đột xuất thì không cần thực hiện bước này mà chuyển ngay sang bước 7.3.
