Tham mưu cho Giám đốc quản lý các lĩnh vực sau:
- Công tác tài chính;
- Công tác kế toán tài vụ;
- Công tác kiểm toán nội bộ;
- Công tác quản lý tài sản;
- Công tác thanh quyết toán hợp đồng kinh tế;
- Kiểm soát các chi phí hoạt động của Công ty;
- Quản lý vốn, tài sản của Công ty, tổ chức, chỉ đạo công tác kế toán trong toàn Công ty;
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác do Giám đốc giao.

Function:Advised the Director manages the following areas:-Financial woes;-Finance accounting work;-The work of internal audit;-The management of the property;-The work settlement of economic contract;-Control the operational costs of the company;-Capital management, the assets of the company, organization, directing the accounting work in the company;-Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.

To advise the managing director of the following areas:
- Business Finance;
- The Financial Accounting;
- The internal audit;
- The management of assets;
- The settlement economic contract accounting;
- control the operating costs of the Company;
- Manage capital and assets of the company, organizing and directing the work of accounting in the company;
- Perform other duties assigned by the Director.
