وهناك أمر آخر متعلق بالإستعداد للإمتحانات وهو لزوم أخذ صور شمسية للطلاب لإلصاق واحدة على شهادة الطالب النهائية وإرسال بعض الصور لدائرة المعارف للتأكد من شخصية الطالب وتحديد الرقم السري الخاص بالإمتحان.
