Vi har fått tilbakemelding fra en kunde om sterk lukt fra Zoe Trench.
Kunden har kommet til butikken for å reklamere, men ingen i butikken lukter noe.
Vi har heller ikke fått noen andre tilbakemeldinger om lukt fra dette plagget.
Men denne kunden vil visst vite i detalj alt om plagget, behandling av stoffet, vask etcetc.
Vi har allerede informert om hva slags regelverk vi følger, len det er visst ikke tilfredsstillende for kunden.
Jeg tenkte derfor å høre om stoffet til denne stylen er økotex merket? I så fall har vi enda
et godt argument overfor kunden.
