All of the following questions were measured on a 9-point scale, with 1=strongly disagree and 9=strongly agree. (Assume these have interval scale properties.)
2. Reliab: ABC is a reliable supplier
3. Time: ABC provides timely delivery.
4. Av_br: ABC offers a large number of brands to choose from
5. Av_Spec: ABC offers detailed technical specifications about all products
6. Price: ABC has a good pricing policy
7. Credit: ABC has a good credit policy

The following question was measured with a 9-point scale with1=much worse than other suppliers, 9=much better than other suppliers.
11. Rate: Overall, how you would rate ABC’s performance as a supplier?.
Other variables in the data set are:
12. Size: Whether the customer is large (coded as 2) or small (coded as 1) (ABC’s internal coding of its customers based on their past buying patterns from ABC)
13. Typ_Ind: Whether customer belongs in manufacturing industry (coded as 1) or Non-manufacturing industry (coded as 2)
There are 4 other variables in the data set (percent, pr_area, sales and num_emp) –you may ignore those for the purpose of this exercise.
