b) Trong trường hợp Bên Bán giao hàng và thi công lắp dựng không theo các quy chuẩn tại Hợp Đồng và các quy định hiện hành, Bên Bán có trách nhiệm thay thế phần không đạt chuẩn trong vòng 07 ngày kể từ ngày giao hàng, thi công lắp dựng không đạt chuẩn và bồi thường thiệt hại cho Khách Hàng cho thời gian chậm trễ với mức bồi thường thiệt hại là 0.1% trị giá Hợp Đồng cho mỗi ngày chậm trễ, nhưng không vượt quá 5% giá trị hợp đồng.
