Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, this Agreement may be terminated by either LOOPIN (by act of its CEO) or the Employee, at any time, without cause; provided, however, that the party desirous of terminating this Agreement shall give the other party prior (30 days) written notice of such termination. In either event, LOOPIN may determine the Employee’s final day of employment hereunder. The date specified in any notice of termination as the Employee’s final day of employment shall be referred to herein as the “Termination Date.” Failure to deliver the 30 working days notice prior to terminating this contract will result in employee forfeiting the last month of salary. In case of dispute, final decision lies solely with the Employe
