(SGGP).- Ngày 1-12, Cục An toàn thực phẩm, Bộ Y tế cho biết, trong 11 tháng qua của năm 2015 đã ra quyết định xử phạt 238 doanh nghiệp vi phạm về an toàn thực phẩm với tổng số tiền phạt gần 4,3 tỷ đồng.
Trong số các công ty, doanh nghiệp vi phạm về an toàn thực phẩm bị xử phạt có tới 201 doanh nghiệp vi phạm các quy định về quảng cáo thực phẩm bị phạt hơn 3,35 tỷ đồng. Đồng thời, Cục An toàn thực phẩm cũng thu hồi 30 giấy xác nhận công bố phù hợp quy định an toàn thực phẩm, 7 giấy xác nhận nội dung quảng cáo, tạm dừng lưu thông 60 lô sản phẩm; thu hồi tiêu hủy 3 sản phẩm và 230kg sản phẩm vi phạm về chất lượng, chuyển hồ sơ sang cơ quan chức năng khác xử lý 15 trường hợp.
