Nhân viên trực ca đi kiểm tra thường xuyên hệ thống (tủ điện, hệ thống bơm nước ,bể nước chứa trên mái, thiết bị vệ sinh) phát hiện sớm và xử lý kịp thời những hư hỏng được phát hiện, ghi chép đầy đủ, cụ thể tình hình hệ thống kỹ thuật trong ca trực báo cáo với Trưởng phòng hoặc Ban Quản lý để cấp trên có hướng giải quyết.
