Já fiz duas(2) reclamações no site deles,e já me responderam que os correios não guardam encomendas e foi por telefone,por isso que irei se DEUS quiser amanhã pessoalmente,pois não nos informam com precisão,este é o brasil vou te contar hein,mas a culpa não é toda deles não eu colaborei também,mas se tem o CEP se você a colocou não tinha como eles errar não!!.
