Về thời lượng đào tạo, hầu hết ở các trường cao đẳng, đại học hiện nay đều không có đủ thời gian để có thể tập tung, đầu tư cho sinh viên tiếp thu kỹ năng tiếng Anh một cách đầy đủ, hiệu quả. Bởi thời lượng đào tạo kiến thức chuyên ngành thậm chí còn không đủ với một môi trường đào tạo thiên về lý thuyết nhiều hơn như ở Việt Nam hiện nay. Tâm lý chung của cả giảng viên và sinh viên là xem môn học này như một môn điều kiện, một môn phụ nên ít đầu tư, quan tâm thực sự cho giảng dạy, học tập, điều đó lý giải tình trạng lượng sinh viên thi lại, học lại môn tiếng Anh ở các trường là rất lớn.

Regarding the duration of training, most in the College, the University of today do not have enough time to be gathered, investment for students acquiring English language skills a full, effective way. By the duration of training of specialized knowledge is not enough even with a training environment favoring the theory more like in Vietnam today. The General mentality of both faculty and students are watching this subject as a subject condition, an extra subjects should at least invest, real concern for teaching, learning, that explain the status student retest, learned English back in the market is very large.

Regarding the length of training, mostly in colleges and universities are now do not have enough time to be able to set up, investing for students to acquire English skills adequately and effectively. By the training of specialized knowledge was not even enough for a training environment more theoretical as in Vietnam today. General psychology of both faculty and students is considered as a technical course conditions, a minor should be less investment, real interest for teaching and learning, which explains the status of student performance, back, retaking English at the school are great.
