1, Việc thống kê dữ liệu upload lên hệ thống có thể bi sai lệch (hiện dữ liệu đang tổng hợp theo năm tài chính )
2, Việc đưa ra mục tiêu cắt giảm khí thải CO2 của HVN (slim office) không nhất quán với mục tiêu của VNS. Hiện việc thiết lập mục tiêu hàng năm của VNS đang dựa theo yêu cầu HVN và đưa ra vào năm tài chính.
3, Các để tài cải tiến cắt giảm tiêu thụ năng lượng giảm phát thải CO2 có thể ko triển khai được. Vì kế hoạch đầu tư trang thiết bị phục vụ cho việc cắt giảm khí nhà kính (kế hoạch chi phí được thiết lập theo năm tài chính)
