Estoy modelando un edificio de 3niv

Estoy modelando un edificio de 3niveles de 3-ejes (@21') en X y 7-ejes (@18") en Y. Tiene muros cortantes (L=5') en el perímetro y columnas en el interior. Tengo duda en como modelar la viga del perímetro sobre los muros. Dichas vigas no están cumpliendo con el diseño (O/S #45 Shear stress due to shear force and torsion together exceeds maximun allowed). Agradeceré la ayuda..
