Trong phần cuối của khóa luận này, với mong muốn góp phần làm giảm chi phí vốn của các doanh nghiệp cổ phần tại Việt Nam, tác giả có đưa ra một số giải pháp cho doanh nghiệp và kiến nghị với các cơ quan quản lý. Đối với các doanh nghiệp, họ nên chủ động trong việc tìm các nguồn huy động vốn hiệu quả bằng các công cụ tài chính khác như trái phiếu chính phủ. Việc nâng cao chất lượng quản trị vốn để tránh lãng phí vốn cũng sẽ giúp doanh nghiệp giảm được chi phí.

Results (English) 1:

In the last part of this thesis, with the desire to contribute to reduce the cost of capital of joint stock enterprises in Vietnam, the author has put forward a number of solutions for enterprises and the recommendations to the governing body. For businesses, they should be proactive in finding the sources effectively in other financial instruments such as government bonds. Improving the quality of capital management to avoid waste of capital will also help reduce business costs.

In the last part of this thesis, with the desire to contribute to reducing the cost of capital of the joint-stock enterprises in Vietnam, the authors offer a number of solutions for the enterprise and make recommendations to the management body. For now, they should be proactive in identifying funding sources effectively with other financial instruments such as government bonds. Improving the quality of governance in order to avoid wasting capital funds will also help businesses reduce costs.
