Chi nhánh cần phải căn cứ vào quá trình phân tích nhu cầu lao động, cũng như phân tích cung – cầu thị trường lao động…để xác định chính xác số lượng nhân viên và các vị trí cần tuyển nhằm tiến hành tuyển dụng nhân viên sao cho sát sao với nhu cầu thực tế đòi hỏi. Mỗi phòng ban có kế hoạch chính xác về nhu cầu tuyển dụng nhân viên để tránh lãng phí.
