Aktualizovaná obrazová dokumentace léčby popáleniny II. stupně konopným výtažkem alias fénixovy slzy - fotky po týdnu léčby a další po následujících 5 dnech. Novější fotografie dokumentují pokrok léčby výtažkem po 18 a 32 dnech od počátku léčby. Předposlední fotky ukazují závěr léčby po 36 dnech aplikace výtažku. A ty poslední dvě po necelých 3 měsících od úrazu již ukazují úplně zahojenou ránu s čistou jizvou po pravidelné aplikaci konopné masti a hyaluronového gelu. Děkuji ti, konopí!

Letos nemohu jet na Cannafest, a mám k tomu až příliš dobrý důvod, opravdu nejsem simulant... :(

Toto je obrazová dokumentace léčby popáleniny 2. stupně, kterou jsem si v polovině října způsobila opařením vařící vodou na nártu v rozsahu cca 15x15 cm. Léčba výtažkem započala až po 3 týdnech od nehody, mezitím byla rána léčená aplikací konopné masti a tinktury, po prasknutí puchýře se kvůli nedostupnosti výtažku natíralo konopnými vosky a medem, což sice ránu udrželo v relativně dobrém stavu bez zánětu, ale rána se pomalu hojila.

Po první aplikaci výtažku, zdokumentované v tomto albu, se stav nohy radikálně zlepšil, po 3 natřeních výtažkem je rozsah mokvající plochy daleko menší, otok prstů se zmírnil a noha bolí pouze když se do ní nahrne krev při chůzi. Ale bolest je každým dnem slabší a začíná být snesitelná (už neřvu bolestí).

Po týdnu léčby výtažkem přidávám další fotografie léčené rány. Došlo k výraznému zlepšení jejího stavu, tvoří se na ní nová kůže. Rána podstatně méně bolí v klidu, za chůze a stání je však bolest ještě silná. Také se snížil otok nohy. Zevní léčba výtažkem je doplněná jódovými sterilními nelepivými náplastmi Inadine, jak je vidět na obrázcích. Vnitřně beru 2-3 silné čípky s výtažkem a konosprej + CBD přípravek.

Další sada obrázků byla udělaná o dalších pět dní pozdeji a je vidět, že došlo ke zřetelnému zlepšení - rána se zmenšila a již není tak hluboká, což se projevilo i na tom, že podstatně méně bolí. Je zjevné, že kombinace konopného výtažku a jódových náplastí Inadine je při léčbě otevřené rány velmi účinná.

Po 18 dnech od počátku léčby výtažkem popsané výše se stav rány opět výrazně zlepšil. Zasloužil se o to velmi kvalitní výtažek - kombinace vytažku s vysokym obsahem THC z indiky a výtažku s CBD z technického konopí v poměru 3:1. Tento míchaný výtažek byl použitý jak na ránu, tak v čípcích. Většina rány je už pokrytá kůží, zbývá otevřená rána o velikosti padesátikoruny na spodní části nártu. Bolesti podstatně ustoupily, mohu už i chvíli chodit nebo stát, aniž bych trpěla... :)

Během prvních ošetření jsem spotřebovala 10 ml výtažku na převaz, ale jak se rána zmenšovala, snižovalo se i potřebné množství - na předposlední převaz jsem spotřebovala jen 4 ml výtažku a na ten poslední už jen 0,5 ml.

Další série fotografií je po 32 dnech léčby konopným výtažkem, kdy se plocha živého masa zmenšila na velikost korunové mince a na zbytku rány se rychle tvoří nová kůže. Noha bolí už jen po několika minutách stání nebo chůze a bolest je snesitelná, i když nepříjemná. Pokryla jsem živou ránu výtažkem a na zbytek rány jsem aplikovala hyaluronový gel. Po zaschnutí jsem ho přemázla konopnou mastí. Nepříjemné pocity při tvorbě nové kůže se tím výrazně zmenšily. Začínám si připadat jako had, kterému roste nová kůže... :D
