สาเหตุที่เลือกเรียนวิชาภาษาไทยเพราะว่ากระผมคิดว่าวิชาภาษาไทย เป็นภาษาที่มีความจำเป็นต่อประเทศไทยและเป็นวิชาขั้นพื้นฐานที่ทุกคนจะต้องเรียนรู้ การเรียนรู้วิชาภาษาไทยนั้นเราทุกคนได้มีการเรียนรู้มาตั้งแต่เด็กแล้วเพราะว่าเราใช้ภาษาไทยในการสื่อสาร ภาษาไทยจึงมีความจำเป็นต่อทุกวิชาเพราะแต่ละวิชานั้นต้องอาศัยการการถ่ายทอดความรู้โดยผ่านตัวอักษรไทย กระบวนการถ่ายทอดสิ่งต่างๆล้วนจะต้องใช้ภาษาไทย จากการที่กระผมได้เรียนหนังสือในช่วงที่ผ่านมานั้นได้เห็นเพื่อนชั้นเดียวกันบ้างคนก็อ่านหนังสือไม่ออก เขียนหนังสือไม่ได้ ผมจึงอยากรู้สาเหตุว่าเป็นเพราะอะไรทำไมถึงอ่านหนังสือไม่ออก จึงลองสอบถามเพื่อนดูพบว่าขาดการฝึกฝนตั้งแต่เด็ก กระผมจึงอยากเรียนครูภาษาไทย เพื่อจะได้สอนหนังสือให้แก่เด็กยากจน ไม่มีโอกาสเข้ารับการศึกษาให้อ่านออกเขียนได้เพื่อในอนาคคตเข้าจะได้ดำรงชีวิตอยู่ในสังคมได้อย่างมีความสุข และไม่สร้างปัญหาและความเดือดร้อนให้แก่ประเทศชาติ
