Tổng Giám đốc bổ nhiệm một Phó Tổng Giám đốc của công ty làm đại diện lãnh đạo về chất lượng, với những trách nhiệm và quyền hạn sau:
- Kiểm soát toàn bộ các hoạt động xây dựng, áp dụng, duy trì và cải tiến hệ thống quản lý chất lượng phù hợp với các yêu cầu của tiêu chuẩn ISO 9001:2008;
- Báo cáo về tình hình hoạt động của hệ thống quản lý chất lượng và nhu cầu cải tiến hệ thống quản lý chất lượng cho Ban Tổng Giám đốc;
- Tổ chức phổ biến và tuyên truyền để đảm bảo toàn thể đội ngũ cán bộ nhân viên của công ty nhận thức được các nhiệm vụ cấp trên giao và các yêu cầu của khách hàng;
- Trách nhiệm của đại diện lãnh đạo về chất lượng có thể bao gồm cả mối quan hệ với các tổ chức bên ngoài về những vấn đề liên quan tới hệ thống quản lý chất lượng.
