إذا لم تشأ أن تحب نفسك اليوم، فلن تفعل ذلك غداً، لأن كل ما يمنعك اليوم سيبقي موجوداً غداً.
ويحتمل أنه بعد عشرين سنة ستكون لديك الأسباب نفسها لعدم محبتك لنفسك، وستتمسك بها إلي نهاية حياتك. ولذلك فاليوم هو اليوم المحدد الذي يمكنك أن تحب نفسك فيه بالكامل ومن دون تجزئة وبلا شروط.
