to fix the issue we will have to configure the Automatic reply using outlook rule
so that every time a user sends email to the mailbox it will send a reply back message to him
Right now what I have set is Out of office auto reply
and by that it will send email once to a user
if you want I can set the rule as well
do you have access to the mailbox
I mean have you configured it on your system ?
