Một trong những khách hàng của chúng tôi đang có dự định chuyển nhượng nhãn hiệu đã đăng ký tại Singapore cho một công ty khác. Trước khi chuyển nhượng nhãn hiệu, khách hàng của chúng tôi đã đổi sang tên mới. Tên cũ của khách hàng trùng với tên nhãn hiệu. Vậy xin ông cho biết thủ tục, các giấy tờ cần thiết để chuyển nhượng nhãn hiệu cho công ty khác, chi phí dự kiến.
Khách hàng của chúng tôi có cần thực hiện thủ tục đổi tên trước khi chuyển nhượng nhãn hiệu nữa không hay có thể chuyển nhượng nhãn hiệu luôn mà không cần phải đổi tên nữa?
