การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อสร้างอุปกรณ์ตัดแตงโม 2) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้บริโภคต่ออุปกรณ์ตัดแตงโม โดยใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นบุคลากรทางการศึกษาและ บุคคลทั่วไปในเขต ดอนเมือง พ่อค้า แม่ค้า ขายผลไม้ จำนวน 25 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย 1) อุปกรณ์ตัดแตงโม 2) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในงานวิจัย ใช้ร้อยละ และ ค่าเฉลี่ย
วิธีดำเนินการมีขั้นตอนคือ 1) สร้างอุปกรณ์ตัดแตงโม เริ่มจาก ออกแบบสร้างอุปกรณ์ตัดแตงโม, สร้างแบบ, ดำเนินการสร้างอุปกรณ์ตัดแตงโม ตกแต่งและ 2) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้บริโภคต่ออุปกรณ์ตัดแตงโม มีขั้นตอนดังนี้ 1. สำรวจความพึงพอใจเกี่ยวกับอุปกรณ์ตัดแตงโม 2. วิเคราะห์ความเป็นไปได้ของข้อมูลในการทำอุปกรณ์ตัดแตงโม 3. ดำเนินการทดลองและเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล 4. วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและนำเสนอข้อมูล
