تعلن شركة المتوسط والخليج للتأمين وإعادة التأمين التعاوني (ميدغلف) بأن مجلس إدارتها وافق بتاريخ 1437/04/19هـ الموافق 2016/01/29م على تعين الأستاذ/ محمد بن عبدالعزيز الشايع كرئيس تنفيذي للشركة اعتباراً من 22 ربيع ثاني 1437هـ الموافق 1 فبراير 2016م، وذلك خلفاَ للأستاذ/ لطفي الزين الذي سيحتفظ بمنصبه كعضو منتدب، علماً بأن الأستاذ/ محمد الشايع حاصل على شهادة الماجستير في المحاسبة وعلى العديد من الشهادات المهنية في الإدارة والمالية والمحاسبة. ومن الجدير بالذكر أن الأستاذ/ محمد الشايع سبق له تقلد العديد من المناصب العليا في مؤسسة النقد العربي السعودي ومنها مدير عام الرقابة على شركات التمويل ومدير عام الرقابة على شركات التأمين ومدير التفتيش البنكي، إضافة إلى عضوية عدد من مجالس الإدارات واللجان الفنية.
