ราชมงคลสุวรรณภูมิ ในภาคเรียนที่ 2/2555 โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์นี้ช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกให้แก่อาจารย์กิจกรรมบันทึกข้อมูลการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนักศึกษา สืบค้น และพิมพ์รายงาน ตลอดจนออกหนังสือรับรองการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมในแต่ละภาคการศึกษาได้ จากการทดลองใช้โปรแกรมและหาประสิทธิภาพโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคนิค พบว่าโปรแกรมที่พัฒนามีประสิทธิภาพอยู่ในระดับดีมาก มีคะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.19 และหาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานที่มีต่อโปรแกรมหลังจากได้ทดลองใช้งานโปรแกรม พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นอาจารย์กิจกรรมมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก มีคะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.02 และกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นนักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก มีคะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.04
