No doubt she has a lot of potential

No doubt she has a lot of potential and I like her enthusiasm etc. but we should also take a step back and look at this objectively -- we have to weigh the cost of financing her studies (assuming that is possible) vs how much we would pay a new MBA grad of a similar caliber while keeping in view that she would also expect an increase in her salary after she gets her MBA. The other question is what she would be doing and her career plan in LRH upon her return.
